Sienna let out the breath she’d been holding and remained quiet. Well, Kevin was smiling and wasn’t mad, so perhaps it was safe to say all was okay? Kevin’s little joke made her flinch a little, but a small smile appeared on her face for a while when he stated he was kidding. Sienna was truly surprised how nice Kevin seemed; she would’ve expected he’d be like any other kid his age, but he seemed nicer. Or maybe Sienna had just had a very bad luck before when it came to socializing.
“Uh, I… Um, I’m not really hungry”, she answered to Kevin’s question, but changed her mind after looking around a bit. The food here looked so delicious that she decided to eat anyway. She grabbed a few pieces of chicken onto her plate and chuckled silently. “But I guess you’re right. So much choices.”
When Kevin introduced himself Sienna scratched her neck and lifted her head up a bit to look Kevin into his eyes. “Sienna, Sienna Bell. N-nice to meet you, Kevin.” she said and offered him a shy smile.

"Oh...I didn't mean to...uh...that is...leave you out...y'know...?" He turned to Alexis and dipped his head, letting his glasses slip down his nose. He'd been exposed to so many girls as of recent, it was a wonder that his heart didn't explode. He played with his food a bit before turning his face back to Alexander. "You...uh...you guys are...twins...right?" Dumb question was dumb but the youth couldn't think of anything to say. He bit his lip, dipped his head towards his chest and just looked downward. The young man had been the victim of an assault on his mouth by a red lipped stranger, gotten up the courage to ask a girl to look at stars with him and had also made a new friend in his roommate. He blinked softly. Perhaps it was all too good to be true. Too good to stay good before he said something extra stupid.
"Well," Kevin said, moving away from the fries with his tray, "Nice to meet you, Sienna. Say, I don't have anyone to sit with...well...unless my roommate comes in, but you can join me or us or whatever. C'mon you know you wanna come eat with a 17 year old starving musician, heh." Running his fingers through his hair, the youth started out the door. "You coming, Sienna?"
"Well," Monet said, fiddling with her salda, sticking her tongue out and pushing it away, "UGH, I can't eat this crap. Anyway, we'd love to see you join us, girl. We're forming a little diabolical group of evil to rough up this school. And you fit the part! Welcome!" Monet gave a final disgusted look to her food before upturning her nose at it. "Blech. I'm going to get something else. Play nice everyone. They'd better have some damn raw meat over here. Carpaccio, beef tar tar. UGH, something." The female rose and walked into the caf, vowing to return soon and hoping to run into her new friend Vahni.

Sienna had a hard time believing Kevin really invited her to come along, but a smile spread across her face anyway. She did hesitate a bit, though. What if Kevin was just messing with her or was just being polite and didn’t really want her to sit with him? But what if Kevin was being sincere? She’d never know if she wouldn’t even try to make friends with him, now would she?
Then Kevin was already on his way and almost immediately Sienna went after him with a startle. “Uh, I, um, yeah, I’m coming. Thanks”, she thanked him silently, for without Kevin she would’ve probably just ended up eating alone.
“So, uh, Kevin… Might I ask, wh-who are your parents? I mean, you know, the, um, Disney one”, Sienna asked while walking alongside the older boy, hoping he wouldn’t mind the question.

Dante just watched as Bella seemed to be in a bit awe about who Monet was. It was a bit amusing really really. He simply nodded his head to Bella's as she greeted them, as he continued to eat his food. Though he looked to Morgan to see her a bit put off my Bella's odd behavior. But he had seen a lot of weird and odder things back in New York. Again he only nodded his head to Morgan, not seeing a point in saying anything.
He turned to look over to Monet as she explained what their group was going to do. Dante smirked sinisterly at that, oh what fun they we're going to have. He turned to watch as Monet got up and left to go get raw meat. His gaze following her swaying hips and back side for a few moments, with absolutely no shame before turning back to the others at their table. He focused his gaze on Morgan. "So you can use magic right? To what extent?" He asked, a bit curious about what exactly she could do.

Alexis simply huffed at Dex's comment that he didn't mean to leave her out of the conversation, all smart people like him were the same in her opinion. They thought she was dumb and picked on her for this simple fact, so she kept her back turned to her sibling and Dexter. Alexander sighed but smiled as Dex did try to make Alexis feel a little better, he knew it wouldn't work but he thought it might change Lex's thoughts on smart people. "Yeah we're twins, often ending' up being called Double A. You know, because both our names start with A." Alexander was stalling hoping that Alexis wouldn't flip out anymore, she was just ignoring them at the moment, but one wrong word could spark a flame that would quickly turn into a raging inferno. "You know, I'm glad to meet someone smart like you." Alexander said in a quiet voice so that only Dex and Alexis could hear him, "Because where I come from I was always the smart one, and it gets a bit boring being the only one who understands complicated stuff." Alexander continued then sighed, Alexis rolled her eyes at the comment and went back to her food.
Bella couldn't help the huge smile that appeared on her face (Mostly because it was another Bi-Polar moment) when Monet mentioned making a group and causing trouble, she didn't know quite what to do. She really wanted to squeal with excitement but that might give away her childlike nature and with kids so much older than her being the main part of the group she didn't want to appear to childlike to them, so she kept her smiling mouth shut. But she did tilt her head to the side a little when Monet mentioned the raw meat thing, watching her as she left to get some then letting her focus be drawn back to the food on her own plate. "Raw meat?" Bella asked herself in a quiet voice, then she shrugged, "Eh I've seen people eat worse." she muttered then looked up to the remaining people on the table, smiling widely again and hoping they didn't hear her random self comment. Because it may be hard to explain if they did.
At the mention of the word 'Magic' Bella's eye lit up again, and she turned to Morgan with a bright excited expression. "WOW! You can use magic? That's awesome!" Bella exclaimed hyperactively not even trying to hide her excitement, magic had fascinated her for years, not that she would willingly admit that to anyone.

When no one else said anything about Bella’s outburst, Morgan decided to just let the matter go entirely. Some things simply weren’t worth it, and for once, she really didn’t want to disturb the peace.
Like Dante, Morgan watched Monet leave for a few seconds before turning back to the others at the table. This should be… interesting, to say the least, considering Monet seemed to be the only thing the three of them had in common thus far. However, much to Morgan’s surprise, Dante and Bella quickly started asking questions about her magic. The would-be sorceress nodded politely, silently preening from the attention she was receiving.
“Yes, that’s correct. I found out when I was ten years old,” she said smoothly. In answer to Dante’s question, she replied, “From what I’ve gathered since then, it consists of being able to summon lightning and fire and create thorns.”
As she spoke, she lifted her hand and let a small, red flame blossom from her palm. Morgan allowed herself a grin, feeling rather important at the moment.

Dante raised an eyebrow at Bella's complete flip in her personality, a moment ago she was calm and quite and the next she was excited and hyper. It was obvious she had some issues...mentally it seemed, if he had to guess she was bipolar. He'd meet a few people like that, they tended to be amusing people, but sometimes they could turn violent over the littlest of things. Yet she seemed harmless enough, though he knew never to underestimate anyone. He listened as Morgan briefly explained her magical capabilities, the ability to conjure lightening and fire sounded very useful, yet the thorns not so much, but it could have it uses. But Dante found those powers to be quite a bit too flashy. He would have been more impressed if she could control the shadows and darkness. Now that would be fun to have power to have, considering the possibilities. Especially since it would probably leave no evidence if it was possible. But in the end Dante was fine with who he was. "Odds are if I had those kinds of powers I'd probably would have become a career criminal," he said. Glancing at his tattoos, amongst them were also quite a few scars along his arms. More momentous from his life on the streets, scars he mainly got from fights and running with gangs and etc. (OOC: Description of his tattoos are in my application in the physical description Click Here)

I've been here for a while and I know what a bummer it is to have nobody to sit with." Kevin spotted a table and planted himself there after pulling out a seat for Sienna. Placing his tray down he decided to answer her question. "Rodger and Anita Radcliffe," he said, "Y'know from 101 Dalmatians? The humans." He smiled at her. "How about you?" "JACKPOT!" Monet said returning with her tray, piled high with Carpaccio (raw steak seasoned with pepper and topped with arugula) and tuna tartar (raw tuna). She placed it down next to Dante and licked her lips softly. "Wha'd I miss?" "Or gets you beat up," Dex mumbled, playing with his fork and staring at his food. He sighed and turned to Alexander, not ignoring Alexis but not quite addressing her either. He didn't quite know what to say to the girl who seemed disinterested in him. "may I ask..." he said softly, "What kind of science are you interested in? I'm an astronomy dork. I like the stars. Black holes, supernovas, that sort of thing."

Alexander's eyes lit up and a huge grin appeared on his face, Alexis let out a defeated sigh and covered her face with her hand as she waited for the reaction she was expecting form her twin. "You're into space too? I have always been fascinated by space, and the idea of life on another planet." Alexander almost burst out and Alexis sighed but smiled to herself, "Good luck Dex" she mumbled to herself and Alexander went on... "Just imagine travelling into space, that would be so cool. I've been trying to learn as much as I can, but I come form a very small town in the middle of nowhere. You can't really learn much in a place like that." Alexander continued finally calming down as his sentence came to a close, he cleared his that. "But to answer your question properly, I'm interested in anything I can get my hands on and learn about. Once again, small town, not much space to grow." Alexander said with a grin, he was still happy. Alexis was still annoyed and grumbled something then went back to her food, she rolled her eyes and ignored her brother and Dex.
Bella's eyes went wide and her smile was huge as Morgan displayed her powers, the 13 year old was impressed to say the least. "Wow that's awesome! How did you learn to do that?" Bella asked in her still hyper state, she only looked away when Monet returned. "You missed Morgan showing us how she can make fire!" Bella exclaimed without thinking, then winced slightly at the sound of her voice.
"Perdóname. No sé en qué estaba pensando." Bella said quickly slipping into Spanish to cover her fault, her mood falling with the pattern. She now would almost appear depressed, but that was mostly due to sounding like an idiot in front of such powerful people. She hoped that they wouldn't judge her on this fact and now sat in silence, staring at her food, contemplating whether to actually eat it.

“I found out about the lightning when I accidentally electrocuted my neighbor’s yappy dog,” Morgan responded to Bella’s question, admittedly rather pleased by the younger girl’s curiosity. “After that, the rest was just a matter of trial and error.”
A lot of error – the first time she summoned fire, she had burnt down her ‘mother’s’ precious little rose garden. Oh well. She wasn’t one for flowers anyway. Besides, compared to that, the discovery of the thorns was rather tame. That same garden, having only just been replanted and grown back, had simply required a lot of excess pruning. It certainly wasn’t something that had merited the fit Shannon threw about it.
The would-be sorceress calmly extinguished the flame as Dante’s voice resonated in her ear, and a small smirk crossed her pale face. It was as though he had read her mind.
“Funny you should bring that up.” She flicked a few pieces of black hair out of her eyes. “Back in New York, I used them to punish those who had wronged me in the past.”
It was on this note that Monet returned.
“Oh, just a little display of magic,” Morgan said in a casual voice, as though this was nothing big. Her eyebrow went up at Bella’s outburst and arched further when the younger girl started speaking Spanish. Morgan had taken a few Spanish classes in high school, but she couldn’t make heads or tails of what was being said here.

Dante listened as Morgan explained a bit about how she figured out her powers. He perked up when she said that she was from New York and what she used her powers for. A grin spread across his face at that. "You don't say, what part of New York? I'm from Manhattan," he said. "That's part of the reason I have this tattoo," Dante said as showed off the tattoo that had '212' down his inner right forearm. The area code of Manhattan.
He turned his gaze to Monet as she returned, her tray piled up with raw meat and a pleased grin on her face. He raised an eyebrow, a bit surprised by how much food she had gotten, hungry girl was hungry. Dante put his muscular arm around Monet's waist and pulled her closer. But before he could reply to Monet, Bella was quick to reply, exclaiming very loudly and excitedly about Morgan's magic powers. But that quickly changed as Bella spoke in Spanish for a moment, but he really didn't understand what she said. Even though he spoke and understood a bit Spanish, since he picked it up from the Mexican gangs. Her mood also took an immediate change as she just stared down at her food, looked very depressed. Yep, defiantly bipolar.' Dante thought to himself, though he really didn't think it was a problem.

"Whoa, slow down, No hablo Espanol," Monet said, spurting off the only Spanish she knew. She actually liked the girl. Maybe it was the whole idea that they were both the spawn of lions but Monet had taken a shine to the younger girl. She stuck her fork in her raw beef and squeaked a little, not noticing Dante approach and wrap his arm around her waist. She grinned playfully, tossing her hand to his shoulder in a playful slap. "Down boy," she repeated from when she first met him. She didn't pull away however and just dug her fork into the meat and shoveled some in her mouth. Still graceful though, like watching a lion eat its meal.
"So," she said, leaning on Dante's chest with her arm, "You can do magic, huh, girl? That's way beyond cool. Y'know, I think we're all gonna get along fine. And we're gonna start with taking out the dorks who get in our way." She pointed a fork with a clump of steak on it towards Dex and the twins. "Take them for example. If I had magic, I'd slip that chair right out from that big dork's butt. But that's just because I'm a psycho bitch. NBD."
"WOW! Me too!" His voice went down as he coughed violently. His outburst made him blush. "I mean, yeah, y'know...i-i-it's fun t'learn y'know? Uh, do you...think...uh...aliens exist? I mean beyond...well...my parents are aliens. Amelia and Delbert Doppler. Treasure Planet." He laughed. "I mean, I've never actually thought about what would happen if aliens actually exist. Would they look like my parents? Or look like greys? Oh...wow, I just dorked myself out didn't I?" He laughed, lowering his head and blushing again.

Alexander only smiled wider as Dex shared his enthusiasm for space, his questions were also ones that Xan thought of often. Alexis frowned and wrinkled her nose, she did not like this one bit. Before she knew it they would be talking about space all the time and getting more and more on her nerves, this, she decided, was one of those times she was going to have to take a step away from her brother. Alexis got up and sat on the table with Eleca, neither decided to talk to each other and Alexis was watching calmly to see what her twin would do. Alexander noticed her leave but wanted to keep talking to Dex "That's cool, my parents are Tod and Vixey. You know, from The Fox and The Hound." Alexander said turning away for a moment and looking over at Alexis, his head flicked back though at the mention of aliens. "Of course they exist! The media and the government just wont let us know if they are real. But I reckon they are." Alexander said smiling then as Dex rambled on he listened carefully, like a eager student,
"Oh i have no idea, they could look like anything." he said slowly in response, thinking through the question a little more than most people would have. His mind was now a flutter with ideas, "They could look like anything!" Alexander finally added then when Dexter finished he smiled and shook his head, "Nah, you didn't dork yourself out, this is pretty cool if you ask me." Alexander said smiling again, his confidence in himself was obviously higher than the older boy next to him. Which puzzled Alexander slightly, then again, the red head had never been picked on by other kids. Mostly cause Alexis would scare them off easily enough, and most kids picked on her.
Bella tried to smile but she felt so dumb, "Sorry, I slip into spanish sometimes if I don't think though what I'm saying." Bella answered not being able to keep eye contact with anyone, "I just said that I was 'forgive me, I don't know what I was thinking.' because, you know, the random hyper outburst." It was going to take a bit of getting used to, not having the people around her understand fluent spanish but she was willing to get used to it. But her sadness now seemed overwhelming, she felt so dumb, she had now not only made a fool of herself but had made an even bigger fool of herself by saying something none of them could understand. "Sorry if I was too hyper just before, and sorry for slipping into spanish. I'll try not to." Bella offered in a quiet, sad tone. She was down, she was ready to pick up her stuff and leave before they all laughed at her for being weird. Because from past experience, that's all kids did to her. Laughed at her and made fun of her for her changing emotions and the spanish on occasions, also the fear of water and swimming. So Bella's gaze stayed down and she was now on the edge of her seat, ready to get up and leave if the moment came. She did listen to Monet intently as she continued, she seemed to brush off her moment of weirdness, and this did cause Bella to smile ever so slightly. At least Monet didn't think she was all that weird.

"No need to thank me. "How about you?" Sienna was, to tell the truth, a bit flattered by Kevin's gesture of pulling her a seat. She sat down with a small smile, which turned wistful soon. "Oh yeah, I know that all too well, too..." Back in New York she had sat alone for quite a few times, she'd lost count ages ago. But luckily this school seemed to have more friendly people attending it than her previous school did. Kevin's answer jolted Sienna out of her thoughts and she smiled brightly. She absolutely loved animals, so it was no wonder she had loved '101 Dalmatians' when she was little. She dreamed of a dog, a puppy she could play with, but by the time she was seven, she had to accept that her parents would never get a dog. Too expensive and time-consuming, they'd said. "Oh, really?! I used to love that movie... I still do. You know, when I was little, I wanted a dog really badly - like most kids, and if I remember right... I really wanted a Dalmatian. Or a Golden Retriever", she laughed a bit and shook her head when she realized she'd been talking quite a lot of silly things and not answered Kevin's question. "Uh. My parents, they are Belle and the Beast. From the movie 'Beauty and the Beast' as you maybe knew", she told him and twirled a lock of her brown hair around her finger.

“Ooh, Manhattan, you say?”
Morgan’s dark eyes gleamed. She had been in New York City just three times in her life – the crowning jewel of these memories was her sixteenth birthday, when she had skipped school for the day so she could go to a Broadway show. She had had to face Matthew and Shannon after the matter, but in Morgan’s eyes, it had been well worth it, even if she was under close scrutiny for the next month. It had been easy enough to win them over again once her grounding was up, mostly because they wanted so badly to believe that she wasn’t as bad as they thought.
Honestly, they were so gullible.
“Sadly, there’s nothing interesting about where I come from. I’m suburbia gone wrong,” she quipped, admiring Dante’s tattoo. “Nice.”
The would-be sorceress continued to preen at Monet’s comment, enjoying the attention she was receiving. It was nice to have her ‘work’ appreciated.
“You read my mind, Monet,” she snickered, watching Dexter talk with a redheaded boy she couldn’t identify. “Should I do it?”
More convinced than ever that Bella had some kind of emotional issue, Morgan accepted the younger girl’s explanation with a small nod, hoping that the small gesture would show her that her random outbursts weren’t a big deal to her.
