(September 1st, open to all students. This is THE introduction thread so everyone should jump in. Just pace it properly please ^^)
Eyes glared towards the gate as she grinned, lowering her head down slowly as she sat on the edge of the flower garden. Female was dressed to kill so to speak, wearing a tight blue t-shirt, a pair of super tight jeans, her black hair billowing around her head. Her thin lips smirked in a very-her father like grin. She wrapped her hands on the stone.
Monet had been at this school a little before the others, picking out her room and her classes. She flipped her black locks behind her, lowering her devilish eyes towards the open gates where parents were dropping kids off.
"Let the games begin," she said, leaning on her thigh with her elbow and placing her chin in her palm. "I hope one of the hyena kids comes. Then I'll have lackeys...I mean friends. Heh."

Mar stepped through the gates of the large school, feeling a bit intimidated. It was so big. But at the same time, her intimidation was pushed aside with curiosity. What awaited her in there? Adventure? That's what she was hoping for. Something new lurking around every corner to get her mind off of why she was really here. Her black boots carried her all the way to the front in the courtyard, which was quite beautiful, where she spotted another girl.
There was a foreboding aura surrounding her. Whether it was her unnerving smirk or something else, but Mariana wasn't scared or anything. More cautious than anything. No sense making enemies on the first day. Mariana wasn't dressed to impress nearly as much as Monet. More to keep people away than anything, a dark teal flowy top was partially covered by a cropped black leather jacket, with worn out black jeans and clunky boots with a dark brown bag slung over her shoulder. Her black with blue curls were left down.
She didn't know if she was supposed to go in yet, so she took a spot near the other girl not yet sitting down. "Do you know if we're supposed to go in yet, or wait for someone, or what?" She asked curiously. If the older girl intimidated her, she didn't let it show.

Look out, world. Here comes Chester!
The sound of wheels rolling along the ground should have been enough to give away the redhead's presence. Even without it, though, someone probably would have stopped to look at him sooner or later. Chester wasn't exactly trying hard at making himself go unnoticed. His posture, his flashy grin, and even the way he walked were enough to exude confidence. Chester was convinced that he was going to make waves at this new school. He'd show everyone there that he was, indeed, the very best around. He was about to proclaim that fact aloud when he spotted Monet a little bit ahead of him. That was what finally got the redhead to stop walking and actually pay attention to someone that wasn't himself.
Damn, she's pretty!
"Well, hey there. Guess you got invited to this school too? Name's Chester. Chester LaBouff." Chester greeted. If it were possible, his grin probably would have appeared just a bit flashier as he finished speaking. Charming? Well, that was up to the girl to decide. Whatever her opinion, though, Chester was still convinced he was the best. And only seconds after he'd said that he finally took notice of Marina. Huh. How come he hadn't noticed her there before?

Blinking her brown eyes the girl raised her head, black hair brushing over her face. A sly smirk was still on her face. She sat up finally. Looking the girl before her over, he gave a nod. "Nice jacket," Monet snipped, "You can go in if you want. I was just kind of watching the show." Her voice was spine tingling sweet, another thing besides her intellect, black hair and scar over her eye. Sh stared up at the girl before rising and tilting her head to the side. The girl was younger than her by a little, probably in high school. She rolled her shoulders and placed her hand on her hip. She raised a palm, eyes half-closed and a grin on her face.
"Name's Monet aka, daughter of Scar," she said proudly, "What's your-"
Chester's interruption made her pause and turned. Hn. A boy who was interested in her. That wasn't at all something new. She turned her sick poison smile on the redheaded kid. "Hello there," she said slowly, her voice low and devilish, "Nice to meet you Chester. heh." It was almost like the girl was trying to reel him in. Another Scar-like trait.

Vanhi's initial curiosity vanished the moment her cab stopped in front of the castle-like institution her soon-to-be peers considered 'school'. "This is the Academy D?" Vanhi stammered, her almond-shaped eyes widened with shock. "This looks nothing like the picture!" Vanhi held up a photograph of Disney World's Cinderella's Castle.
"Um, will that be cash or credit?" the driver inquired, intending to get this nutcase out his car as soon as possible.
"Consider this one on the house." Vanhi sneered. Before the driver had a snowball's chance of reacting, Vanhi seized her suitcase and kicked open the door. Faster than a bunch of shoppers on Black Friday, Vanhi bolted forward and ducked behind a pillar-narrowly dodging the angry driver's bullets. Eventually, the driver ran out of ammo and was forced to retreat. Once he had gone, Vanhi emerged from her hiding spot and casually continued about her way.
It didn’t take long for Vanhi to notice the trio of college-age students loitering near the garden. Under normal circumstances, Vanhi wouldn’t have cast them so much of a sideways glance. But this dumpster of an academy was her new home now. Her old acquaintances were either in prison or some mental institution. That, and the Moores had disowned her. Someone needed to keep Vanhi distracted from a life of crime and it wasn’t like those snobby teachers were going to do anything about it. Or someone to help me. The mere concept of finding a potential partner or two in crime encouraged Vanhi to give friendship a go.
Vanhi approached the group. “What’s up?”

(Late post is late, twas supposed to come before Vanhi's ^^")
Heaving his worn-down blue backpack, which read the words, Kuzi on the back, up onto his shoulders, Kuziko shuffled closer to the school, blinking the tears out of his eyes. It tore the little boy to pieces to think that when he woke up the next morning, his 'parents' wouldn't be there to greet him. Even now, knowing that he wasn't their child, the brown-haired boy would always love them as if they were his own parents. After all, they had raised him far better than his true parents ever had. If the ever attempted to raise me... Kuzi thought, kicking a rock angrily.
Pausing slightly, Kuziko felt a slight vibration in his pocket, drawing out his new iPhone. His 'parents' had given it to him as a departure present so that they could all keep in touch, but he still didn't have a clue as to how to work the device. On the touch screen it indicated that Mrs. Lloyd (his 'mother') had sent him a text message. Text me when you get to... It read, bringing a frown to Kuzi's pale features. Tapping the screen angrily, he longed for it to elongate the message, only to be rewarded with no such luck.
Sighing, Kuziko looked up, shuffling up to a red-haired boy. "Uhm, excuse me, sir, but you wouldn't know how to use, uh, a phone, would you?" He asked, lifting the iPhone up to the older boy. The phone was covered in a thick black industrial case, obviously so that the brown-haired boy wouldn't be able to break it. "It won't ever show me the end of the message, I think it might be broken," Kuzi mumbled, letting out an irritated huff. It had never been a secret that he was a failure when it came to technology.
Cerulean orbs flicking sideways, Kuziko caught sight of the two older girls, a huge smile bursting on his face. Eyes growing wide, he began to blush, giving them both a small smile. "You're both real pretty, ma'ams," He stated bluntly, he hand clenching around the iPhone as he still held it out to the red-haired boy.

She wasn’t at the gates like the other kids, whose adoptive families were dropping them off at the curbside. No, she was already inside the school, having taken a different route. Since learning that the academy was in the general vicinity of her own neighborhood, Jay had taken it upon herself to become familiar with places around the academy’s plot of land.
That included secret passageways. Jay was always one to take nonconventional ways of travel, and this was one of them. At a young age, she’d learned to scale walls and fences. The school had a particularly intimidating wrought iron gate surrounding it. Jay never questioned why it was there…she just simply scaled it and landed within the school’s perimeter.
Brushing some grass that she’d missed off her knees, Jay began heading towards the courtyard, where it seemed that some of the other kids were congregating. Looking down again, she realized there was also a bit of dirt on her shoes. Oh well.
Brown eyes quickly surveyed the others, trying to see which one she’d speak to first. She adjusted her purple t-shirt a bit, and finally approached the group. “Bonjour.” Jay said with a wave, as she rocked herself from heel to toe. But before she could ask about whether the others were in college courses like her, the boy with the iPhone caught her eye.
“Let me see that.” Jay said, as she took the phone from Kuziko’s hand. She’d been lucky enough to be exposed to technology early, so she knew quite a bit when it came down to phones and computers. With a few taps of her fingers, the phone displayed the entire message, and she handed it back to the boy. “There you go. All you’ve got to do is slide the arrow like it tells you at the bottom, and you’ve got your message.” Jay said, with a grin.

Mariana nodded when she was told she could go in, and she was about to do just that. However, the girl, Monet, introduced herself. Daughter of Scar, huh? No wonder she got a bit of a vibe looking at her before. Scar had been one of the villains of her childhood, the one that both scared and intrigued her to no end. She'd brushed up on her knowledge of Disney before coming her (because to be honest, she'd hardly ever heard of her own parents, low budget movies and all.) but not too much. Just enough to know who she was. Before Monet could ask her name a red-headed boy came up to them, or rather Monet, and flashed her a grin. She resisted the urge to roll her eyes, but Monet seemed to handle it well enough, it wasn't her business after all.
Once there was silence enough again she figured she should introduce herself, she was the only one who hadn't of the three anyways. "I'm Mariana." She said with a sort of smile. She could have said who her parents were, but she refused to consider herself their daughter. Obviously they didn't think of her as such.
Just then more people came, and Mar resisted the urge to retreat inside of a shell. True, it was only two people, a girl a little older than her and a young boy, but she was...uncomfortable to say the least. However, she'd stay. It'd make her seem stuck up or rude if she left just as more people came. She shrugged a bit to Vanhi. For the most part they were watching people come in and out of the school. And she had to say, she had the most interesting entrance she'd seen so far. She then turned her attention to the boy and her eyes softened a bit. He was younger than the rest of them, and being an only child (and a loner), she was never exposed much to kids of other age groups, but he seemed okay, if a bit disadvantaged with technology. She was going to offer her help, seeing as she was alright with technology as it was, before another girl came up and did it for her. She gave her a slight smile and nod in place of a verbal hello.
"Looks like the girls outnumber the boys so far." She said with a slight laugh, trying to make conversation. She always hated silences, and if being sociable meant avoiding them so be it.

He didn't seem to notice Kuziko or the others at that moment, seemingly entranced by Monet above all else, and proceeded to move a little closer to the girl that was clearly a little older than him. Who cared if she was just trying to reel him in? She was hot! Maybe he could take the opportunity to get to know her better at some point. "Monet, right?" he asked. He was hoping he had heard her name right. On the off chance that he hadn't, then he'd just have to see if he could figure out what her name really was. Either way, it would be interesting.

Eyes narrowing, Monet turned to face Jay. "Jay," she huffed, before turning towards the new girl. The female who'd approached had a villain vibe about her as well. She smiled brightly. "Hello," Monet said, "Welcome to our little misfit group we're forming." She lifted a palm to motion towards the group. Her black hair fell forward towards her chest as she leaned forward towards the child. She looked confused. He didn't know how to use a cell phone? He was younger than her, born in an age where cellphones were the norm. Weird kid.
"Well everyone, the name's Monet," she said, "Welcome to Academy D. The only reason I feel entitled to say this is because with the exception of the lady in purple here, I've been here the longest. Well, longest NEW student anyway." She placed a palm on her hip and rolled her eyes at Chester.
"Yes, sherlock," she said with a huff, "And you're drooling. Try and mop that up will you, we don't want to slip."

"A-Am not!" Chester retorted. Though maybe he had been mentally drooling. He couldn't help it, though. No one in his class had been nearly as pretty... but that was probably because he hadn't paid much attention to anyone else before. Though the fact that his ego had sort of pushed people away might have had something to do with it. "And I was just making sure I had the right person. I heard one of you say they were Monet, and I had to make sure it wasn't her." he said to clarify, pointing briefly to Mariana as he did.
"So anyway, isn't someone supposed to be here to greet us or something? You know, welcome us to the school or whatever?" Chester asked. It seemed odd, being invited out by the headmaster only to not have anyone there to greet them. Where was everyone? For that matter, where were the teachers? It was becoming quite strange in the young redhead's mind.

“Monet.” Jay said, with the same tone of voice. She then turned to Chester, to listen to what he was saying. As if it wasn’t obvious enough, the boy was already head over heels for Monet.
Kid’s gonna have a tough time. Jay thought, inwardly smiling. Some boys just really couldn’t understand. But Chester’s next question did raise her curiosity a bit. Just why had the headmaster not greeted them? Or at least the teachers?
“Well, maybe they just want us to find our way around the place. Been doing that for a while now.” Jay said, turning her back to Chester. She then began walking towards the main entrance of the academy, before turning back to the others. “Well?” she asked. “You all coming or what?”

"Good heavens, this is a most impressive establishment." Wiggins Jr was pulling a pair of suitcases on wheels behind him as he left his family's van. He waved with a smile as he watched his family leave. "Tata. Be safe. Oh, good heavens, be safe." His father had a rather... adventurous style of driving.
As he turned his attention from the retreating van, he noticed the others sitting across from the gate. He walked over, still keeping his bags close. There'd probably be an item check, but it didn't look as though these schoolmates were even worried about classes. "Hello, schoolfellows. My name's Wiggins. Well, Wiggins Jr. I suppose I have a great-grandfather with the name, as it's not my father's name or anything like that."
He placed a thoughtful finger as he looked over the rest of them. The girl dressed in purple and the girl in red both seemed quite curious. Then there was the redhead boy. "How curious. May I trouble you all for your names? I hope I'm not bothering something private."

Kuziko turned his attention to the new, purple-clothed girl as she took the phone from his head, momentarily alarming the boy. If he had it taken, already, he would be in so much trouble! Even if the Lloyds wouldn't be around to punish him, if they did find out, well, let's just say it wouldn't be pretty. Relief flooding over Kuzi, he watch as the girl opened it for him, a smile gracing his pale features. "Wow, thank you, ma'm, thank you so much," The brown-haired boy spoke, cerulean orbs bright as he gripped the phone, excited at the prospect of having taken another step further into figuring out that labyrinth of a phone.
Zoning out for a few moments, Kuziko read through the messages he had missed from Mrs. Lloyd, head tipped slightly as his eyes flicked back and forth, tuning out the older kids around himself. It was only after he had finished reading through and slipped the iPhone back into his pocket that Kuzi realized that a few more kids had joined their group, the newest addition being another boy. Smiling, he waved at Wiggins Jr., watching him approach. "I'm Kuziko," He stated in response, the boy's voice generally warm and light. After all, there was no harm in making new friends!
Head snapping around, the brown-haired boy realized that the girl who had fixed his phone was suggesting that they head off, drawing a frown to his face. Kuziko wasn't awfully sure that they should have been snooping around the school grounds, but, then again, this girl seemed to know what she was doing. Shuffling his hands, he gave a final glance at Wiggins before scampering after the purple clothed girl, features glazed with a slight worry. "Are you sure we're allowed to go in?" Kuzi asked, twiddling his thumbs as he walked next to her, having to move his shorter legs near twice as fast to keep up with the older girl.

"And I'm Vanhi-daughter of Mozenrath and Nasira." Vanhi introduced herself, somewhat eager to get the formalities out of the way and cut to the chase. She didn't particularly like mentioning her biological parents, let alone talking about them. It was nothing personal against them-it was merely caution. According to rumors, Mozenrath's brother (Vanhi's uncle) was out for her parents' blood. In order to avoid the possibility of getting kidnapped and held for ransom, Vanhi had sworn to keep her mouth shut-or at least be careful whom she was talking with. But these kids-despite their 'flaws'-didn't look like they had anything to do with Aladdin. So Vanhi supposed it be alright to state her biological parents' names. Hell, it wasn't like they would be remembered five minutes from now.
"Monet. Chester. Mariana. Jay. Kuziko." Vanhi said each of their names aloud so that she would remember them in the future. "Nice to meet you all." As much as Vanhi hated all this courtesy, her peers weren't anything like the kids from her old school. Maybe...
"May I trouble you all for your names? I hope I'm not bothering something private."
Vanhi turned and found a rather scrawny-looking sixteen-year-old standing behind her. "Hardly." she replied. "I'm Vanhi. And you are-?"
